Rental Fees

Wedding Packages include all day rental from 10am to midnight, all the tables and chairs that you will need for your event, all floor length round and rectangular linens (White, Black or Ivory), table/chair set-up and tear down, and clean-up. Trash removal is renters responsibility.

Friday & Sunday Wedding Packages -

For a Limited Time - All Friday and Sunday Packages are only $1800 (applies to new booking only. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekend not included in Special)

Platinum Productions Friday and Sunday Special - $750 Flat rate with Unlimited spin time + Free Down lights (a $1000 value)

Saturday Wedding Package -

Saturday Wedding Package Specials-

December 1st (Event hours are from 2pm to midnight) - $1800

December 8th (Event hours are from 2pm to midnight) - $1800

Monday - Thursday Wedding Packages - $1800

Non Wedding events -

Sunday - Thursday - $125 per hour (4 hour minimum or $1100 for all day). Rental rates includes the use of our catering kitchen, twenty five (25) 60" round tables, 200 chairs and six (6) rectangular tables. Additional tables and chairs can be rented from Heritage Hall. Linens are available for an extra rental charge of $10 a piece.

Fridays can be rented at an hourly rate if there is less than 3 months until the event and the date is still open.

Payment Schedule: Half of rental fee is due at time of signing. The second half of rental fee is due 6 months before event. If there are 6 months or less before your event, then a different payment schedule can be arranged.

(Certain events may be eligible for special discounted rental fees such as recurring weekly or monthly rentals.)

Holiday events do not fall under normal rental fees. Call for pricing. Thanks
