Rental FeesFriday - $1100 Rental Fee + $500 refundable deposit. Saturday Package 1* - $1800 Rental Fee + $500 refundable deposit. Saturday Package 2* - $2500 Rental Fee + $500 refundable deposit. This rate includes all the tables and chairs that you would need for your event, all floor length white linens, table/chair set-up and tear down, and clean-up. Trash removal is renters responsibility. *Add Friday for $500 - Ease your Saturday schedule with this special offer! Sunday - $100 per hour + $200 refundable deposit (4 hour minimum or $800 for all day). Monday - Thursday - $50 per hour + $100 refundable deposit (4 hour minimum or $500 for all day).
Payment Schedule: Half of rental fee is due at time of signing. The second half of rental fee is due 6 months before event. The $500 refundable deposit is due 30 days before event. Deposit is returned 10 days after event, pending any deductions. (New rates and payment schedule does not apply to previously signed contracts.) (Certain events may be eligible for special discounted rental fees such as recurring weekly or monthly rentals.) New Years Eve events do not fall under normal rental fees. Call for pricing. Thanks
