Clean-Up Checklist

This is what is required for full refund of all events other than package 2 events.

* Remove all decorations. (inside and outside)

* Bag trash & carry to outside dumpster (located at the end of the building on Prairie)

* Sweep entire floor & spot mop bad areas of floor, (water needs to have provided bleach added).

* If you use confetti for your event, please be aware that extra time will be need to make sure all of the confetti is removed.

* Clean countertops, sinks and appliances used in kitchen.

* Stack chairs, tables (Clean tops of tables with soap & water if necessary) & columns in the area that you received them.

* Place dirty linens on one table. Make sure all table top decorations are put in trash…not folded up in linen.

* Be sure that everything that was plugged in or turned on is off and unplugged.

* Turn off Heat or Air if used.

* Make sure there is no trash in Parking lot across the street. All cigarette butts need to be picked up. Smokers are provided a Cease-Fire Cigarette Butt Receptacle to use on the west side of the building.

* Turn off all lights except for lights in Foyer (lamps on table & fireplace).

Bathrooms, Foyer and carpeted areas are taken care of by Heritage Hall. No need to worry about those areas.
